PCL Constructors Eastern Inc. (PCL) is PPG’s Design-Build Lead. PCL Investments Canada Inc. (PCLI) is an Equity Member in the project. Both PCL and PCLI are members of the PCL family of companies.
Established over a century ago in 1906, the PCL family of companies is a group of independent construction companies that carries out work across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and in Australia. PCL is the largest contracting organization in Canada and one of the largest in North America. Locally, PCL is based in the National Capital Region and employs over 250 full-time construction professionals.
